Relax in the beautiful surrounds of The Libraries Lounge – usually open only to overnight guests of the hotel – as you’re guided through five premium wines from a single vineyard, region or genre by The Lounge Manager and Sommelier, Tony Suarez. To complement the wines, choose one of the antipasti plates crafted by The Libraries culinary team to enjoy during your tasting session.
