The private dining menu echoes the menu at kingi and is focused around sustainably sourced and seasonal produce from New Zealand. Additional dishes with a fine-dining edge have been created with wine-matching available alongside the menu.
kingi Co-Founder Tom Hishon and Head Chef Uelese Mua have dialed things up offering a 5 course tasting menu that reflects the sustainable seafood restaurants ethical footprint and also looks to highlight their most cherished producers, but in a reimagined dining context whilst having some fun in this space, and creating an interactive experience that will be remembered for all the right reasons.
Available for private bookings now. A Stay + Dine package is also available allowing you to book one or more guest rooms and reserve kingi Private for dinner.
