The private dining menu echoes the menu at kingi and is focused around sustainably sourced and seasonal produce from New Zealand. Additional dishes with a fine-dining edge have been created, with wine-matching available alongside the menu.
kingi Co-Founder Tom Hishon has dialled things up offering a 5 course tasting menu that reflects the sustainable seafood restaurants ethical footprint and also looks to highlight their most cherished producers, but in a reimagined dining context whilst having some fun in this space and creating an interactive experience that will be remembered for all the right reasons.
