Clean Touch at The Hotel Britomart
At The Hotel Britomart, we want to give every guest that stays with us the peace of mind to know their health and wellbeing is our very top priority.
Part of this is giving our guests greater visibility of what we do behind the scenes to keep them safe. Our health and hygiene program is called Clean Touch, and was developed in conjunction with TFE Hotels, our operating partners at The Hotel Britomart.
TFE Hotels have partnered with Diversey – a global leader in professional cleaning and hygiene solutions for more than 95 years. Clean Touch uses Diversey products which are approved by the Australian Department of Health Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for use against the COVID-19 virus.
Our safety protocols related to food service, safety and cleaning have been designed to in line with New Zealand Government regulation. All cleanliness and hygiene procedures are overseen by a dedicated team of health and safety practitioners. Kitchens, back offices, guest rooms and public spaces are all subject to stringent disinfecting protocols, which includes all high-touch surfaces.
We also have protocols in place to respond to New Zealand’s COVID Alert Levels, which include social distancing protocols. We encourage the use of the New Zealand Government’s COVID Tracer App, an easy way for guests to track their movements around Britomart and the rest of the city.
